Legal Information:-
Owner is responsible and will ensure that their dog is up to date with their vaccinations, flea and tick treatments and de-wormer treatments.
Owner accepts full liability for any loss or damage caused by their dog whilst been walked.
Owner is financially responsible for any loss or damage to property whilst your dog is boarding, walking, Thedogswalk.com is not held accountable for vet fees or third party claims whilst your dog is in our care.
Owner is to make full disclosure of any quality or characteristic problems which might make your dog not suitable for walking or home boarding including behavioral or health problems, antisocial behavior including aggression, incontinence or lack of house training, excessive loud barking or whining. Failure on the part of the owner to disclose any matter which might render owner’s dog unsuitable for walking or home boarding will be deemed a material omission amounting to a fundamental breach of our agreement.
We make every effort to contact the owner in the event of an emergency. We recommend owners provide us with a contact number of a trusted third party should we be unable to make contact. However, we reserve the right to make decisions regarding your dog’s health provided it is at all times acting in the best interests of the dog and on the advice of a veterinary surgeon. Owner is responsible for payment of any veterinary fees incurred by TheDogsWalk.com
Late Payment Of Commercial Debts Act 1988 amended 1998 & 2002: We would like to remind customers that payments are due at on-line Booking and we as a company reserve the right to impose a full payments via our Booking System and will not validate any Booking and Walk reservation or any Service until payment is received in full.
Payment made for first walk reservation as a new costumer will be validated only after first initial meet and talk visit with you (Pets owner) and with your Pet(s) who will receive a regular walk from TheDogsWalk.com representative.
Booking:-
You will have direct access online (via our booking system) to book and reserve by yourself the calendar days you wish to have a Dog walk ( TheDogsWalk.com), however we ask for a minimum of 2 days notice prior to your proposed dates. Please note resident dogs will need to be socialized and introduce to our Dog walkers commencing by a Visit at your residence from one of TheDogsWalk.com representative, and by signing our client information forms you give written consent to TheDogsWalk.com concerning your dog.
Cancellation:-
You may cancel your booked slot provided you give us a minimum of 48 hours notice. You will be charged a cancellation fee which is 50% of the booked slot/walk. We remind customers that if a walk is cancelled less than 48 hours of your next scheduled or booked slot, you will be charged for the full amount of that walk. Our special program customers will not be reimbursed or credited. Also our $6.00 Program will let you cancel the Dog Walker visit for any specify days of the coming week or month, but will not credit or reimburse you of the current week since the minimum notice is 5 week days to cancel this Program.
Charges:-
Charges are as advertised on our rates page, please visit the payment rates section on our website to view them fully, please be aware that our rates are very competitive and are not negotiable.
Termination Policy:-
General cancelation Policy for Dogs walk under the $6.00 or the $12.00 Program for a personal reason will be required via TheDogsWalk.com web site under “contact us” and via our company email, and will be processed to stop your recurring or weekly payment within 5 business day.
Flexibility is required:-
(1) We are fully insured to walk up to 5 dogs at a time; however, we do have an option to offer your dog a personal walk. Most of the time your dog will be walked alone or occasionally with other friendly dogs if “Social walk is requested”. All $12.00 and $14.00 walks are guaranteed as a one to one walk. If you have multiple dogs, clearly they will be walked together.
(2) Your booked time is estimated only and whilst we make every effort to arrive at the time given, depending on road conditions and unforeseen circumstances please allow up to 30 minutes after your booked time slot for The-Dogs-walk to arrive. In adverse weather conditions, please understand that we are still open and may be slightly delayed, if however we are more than two hours overdue, then Thedogswalk.com will refund 50% of the walk. Please note that your time starts from when your Dog walker arrives at your property, also the more requests of things you need your Dog walker to do will take extra time out of your booked walk, all visits are 15,30,45 minutes or 60 minutes only.

If you are found to have copied any information from this website The-Dogswalk.com reserves the right to pursue legal and court action against you and you will be liable for any costs incurred, it is an offence to breach copyright law and The-Dogswalk.com reserves the right by law to protect its public profile, image and content to the full extent.
TRADEMARK NOTICE - TheDogsWalk.com is a registered trademark brand, any person(s) or company found to be using said trademarked name will be in breach of trademark law and infringement proceedings will be issued without warning and all legal costs and compensation will be recovered from you.
